Return Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs

The cost of returning your order is at your own expense. Please check with your carrier for the exact rates.

How to return a product

  1. Send an email to support@levaproducts.com to register your return.

  2. If possible, pack the product in its original condition and packaging, and include the return form.

  3. Send your package and keep the track & trace code as proof of shipment.

  4. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned. This applies to:

• Underwear
• Lingerie
• Tights
• Personal care products

Important conditions

• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• We unfortunately cannot process returns without a return form or if the product is damaged.
• You are responsible for any taxes or additional charges that may occur during the return process.
