What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with LEVA, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you're used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we’re able to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If the delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send us an email at support@levaproducts.com. We’ll look into it and let you know the status of your shipment.
I want to exchange or return my order. How does that work?
To return a product, simply contact our customer service team at support@levaproducts.com.
Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000, which can be found in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return.
We’ll then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once that’s done, you can ship the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping is at your own expense. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.

What are the return conditions?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. This period starts on the day you receive your item.
However, certain conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

● The product is in its original packaging and all tags are still attached;
● The product has not been used.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
That shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@levaproducts.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Make sure to include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for cancellation.
